As a life long athlete, I was always looking for ways to get better on the field, and ultimately better in life.

Whether it was how to be faster for lacrosse, stronger for football or navigating training for a triathlon.  This lead me to realize that the gym was my true love.

Yet, one area I had always struggled with, was weight. I worked with a nutritionist losing over 70 pounds in a little over a year.

This was such a powerful experience it needed to be shared, compelling me to pay it forward.

Now, I help people achieve their health and fitness goals while remaining durable.
